All Sales Are Final

Due to the professional and medical-grade nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Health & Safety Compliance

In accordance with California health and safety standards, we cannot accept returned products that have left our facility. This is to protect product integrity, prevent contamination, and maintain compliance with professional cosmetic regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will, however, make exceptions only in the following cases:

• If the item arrives damaged (due to shipping).

• If the incorrect product was sent due to our error.

In these situations, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
